Brewery features a 10BBL direct fire brewhouse and 100BBLs of fermentation capacity; a two-vessel combi-system is capable of brewing 10.5BBL of 12 plato wort at approx. 77% brewhouse efficiency; grain handling system features a two-roller adjustable mill and integrated flexible auger; fermentation cellar consists of 6 fermentation vessels ranging in size from 10BBL to 30BBL; fermentation vessels are jacketed and capable of reaching 36-27 degrees F. All fermentation tanks have been used as unitanks and are capable of holding product at approx. 2.5-3 volumes of CO2. The brewing operation also features a 20BBL jacketed brite tank that has been used primarily as a packaging tank. There are 5 non-jacketed serving/brite tanks located in cooler #1 that serve as multifunction tanks. There is an automated counter pressure canning/packaging line (CODI MFG) capable of canning multiple size cans and speeds of up to 32 CPM. The complete packaging line includes an automatic depalletizer and high throughput label applicator. There is a walk-in dedicated to the brewery for packaged products allowing the incoming owner to easily start (or expand) their packaged/retail/distribution operations from day one.
